Tidy and new-fashioned rooms with breakfast, polite staff. Central location near to shopping area & food. Based very close to Benh thanh market and saigon Square.

It's a hip new hotel with new-fashioned rooms. The property's location is incredible and the staff are pretty friendly and accommodating. They serve a wide array of meals, the food I tried was great. Thanks a lot for the stay this time - would love to come back here some time.

The hotel was nice, truly enjoyed city view from our a double room. The employees were very polite and exceptionally nice. The room we had included a safe, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. Also, location was good and magnificent, relatively close to Fine Arts Museum. The venue was an excellent base for enjoying a shopping area.

I loved how the shower flooded every time I used it, it was like having my own personal water park! And the female staff at the front door always made me feel like I needed to hurry up, it was a thrilling experience!

Oh, and let's not forget about the hairs, spiders, and ants in the room. It was like a little zoo!

I have just returned from a good stay in this brand-new hotel, reasonably spacious and fairly quiet rooms. The personnel is really kind. Good and marvellous setting, it's right by the shopping center as well as many halal restaurants...

The location was favourable and great, to the tourist destinations, it's a plus. And it was also really close to the Banh Tanh market, Halal restaurant, shopping and Ben thanh market and Halal eateries.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I loved neat and fine rooms and attentive staff. My room included a safe box, cable channels, and a mini fridge bar. The location was marvellous, for example, a French-built cathedral was not too far from the venue. It also was very near halal eateries.

Every time in Ho Chi Minh City, I choose this place. The family room is fine and has a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager and reception staff. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and close to halal restaurants.-Perfect for shopping enthusiasts.

The English proficiency of some staff members was poor, leading to miscommunication. The bedding was not clean.

Spacious and fairly quiet rooms were modern with breakfast. I had great food for breakfast with tasty yoghurt.

I chose Aluna Ben Thanh Hotel because of its convenient location near the Ben Thanh Market, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities available, such as the 24-hour front desk, restaurant, and free WiFi. The 24-hour security and luggage storage were also convenient amenities.

Particularly good and marvellous location not far from Ben Than market and Halal restaurant, shopping and Ben thanh market and all Halal eateries, early check-in. Also, near to attraction places. Breakfast with Asian food and a mixed cuisine.
